Biggest New York Landlords Adding In-house Doctors to Tenant Amenities

At 750 Third Avenue, SL Green has signed a contract with a concierge medical service that will give renters healthcare services such as COVID-19 testing, immunizations, annual physicals, treatment for urgent illnesses, mental health, and more.

Tenants at 485 Lexington will also be able to use the Reside Health facility, which will be the company’s second in Manhattan after the one that opened in TF Cornerstones Carnegie Hall Tower in May.

Colliers arranged for Reside Health to sign a multi-year lease at 750 Third Avenue. Reside’s real estate needs in New York are entirely represented by vice-chairman Marcus Rayner and managing director Sam Einhorn.

Reside has been dubbed “the healthcare paradigm of the future” by Jake Elghanayan, a principal at TF Cornerstone, the owners of Carnegie Hall Tower.
